About

The Orchid Group will execute your vision by building relationships from top to bottom, ensuring everyone involved in the project is having fun, making money and being proud of their contribution to the Tampa Bay skyline.

Overseeing and driving some of the most complicated and anticipated construction and developments,  the track record is evident. Bringing in The Orchid Group for your project ensures you have an Advocate, not just a Representative.

Our work assisting and managing the Design Team and Contractor through pre construction,  cost qualification, GMP, contract and execution of the work ensures you, the Owner, are satisfied and confident  in your scope of work, budget, allowance requirements, schedule and end product.

Your budgets will be met. Your schedule will be accomplished. The inevitable challenges occurring during construction will be managed.

Most recently, he spearheaded a firm’s Tampa operations, leading a team on multiple towers within a major mixed-use master plan totaling 208,000  square feet. Danny is also an active mentor, guiding junior staff through hands-on project experience and leading sessions on expediting construction document production to meet Building Code and permit requirements.
